A little piece of heaven
Years ago, when I first arrived in the US, one of the new foods I encountered were bagels and cream cheese. Needless to say, it was one of the culinary items that did not take me too long to get used to. As time went on, however, I had become much more conscious of what I eat, and with cream cheese having more grams of fat than even my all-time favorite spread mayonnaise, it gradually all but disappeared from my menu. Until now. A couple of weeks back I gave a try to fat free cream cheese. Usually I am very sceptical of fat-free cheeses, but this turned out to taste much better than I had imagined. So the cream cheese has entered my breakfast menu once again. M-m-m, delicious.
