White Easter (?)

The weather continues to pull its tricks. After a few weeks of extraordinarily nice and warm weather, and just as soon as we thought that the Spring is here, unusually early and nice, everything changed and now we've had a week or so of very cold days. We even got a few unexpected snow flurries, but fortunately these did not amount to much, At least not in the Midwest. Some other parts of the US got a fair amount of snow, with the consequence that they had a "white" Easter this year. I have said this before, but it doesn't hurt repeating it: if there really is some sort of global warming going on, it doesn't look like it's global enough.
